No. Our service is built for beginners. We handle the technical and creative execution and explain the process so you understand what’s happening.
Do I need a product, brand or existing store?
No. We can start with product research, create your brand identity and build your Shopify store. You don’t need to build a brand before working with us.
What does “done for you” actually include?
Our service covers product research, branding, Shopify store creation, paid advertising, ongoing optimisation and fulfillment coordination. Your proposal defines the exact deliverables and ongoing support for your setup.
How much does it cost?
We discuss your starting point and goals on the discovery call, then agree the scope and pricing. We’ll also clarify which costs—such as ad spend, Shopify fees and product fulfillment—sit outside the service fee.
How quickly can we launch?
Timing depends on product selection, the store’s scope, supplier readiness and approvals. We agree a realistic timeline once those details are clear.
Who handles the products and shipping?
